Recent grumblings around the internets have ascertained that some players are already enjoying the GTA IV experience on Xbox 360. Evidence of this can be seen in their gamerscore with completed GTA IV acheivements. The game has a hard release date of 4/29 and anyone who has a copy either stole it, bought a stolen one, or downloaded off of bittorrent.

MS has a Draconian(very strict, its a SAT word), policy on these sorts of things. Now, here is the kicker. No one is cheating. They just have an illegal copy of the game. Will there be justice. I think something will be done to show this will not be tolerated. If you are lucky enough to get a copy of a stolen game, at least don’t sign into Live or change the internal date.
