Saints Row 2 Website Launched, Release Date Announced

The “other” sandbox adventure is making news this week. The official Saints Row 2 website has been launched and looks to compete for some attention this week, although it may be tough with GTA IV right around the corner. The game is also slated for an August 26th release date. Not the worst idea because it might give gamers a few months to bust through GTA IV. The date is also well before the DLC comes out.

    It looks like THQ has taken Saints Row 2 even further over the top. Could be pretty damn fun.

    I wasn’t too big on the first Saints Row. I’ll probably still be playing GTAIV in August, lol.
