I have to say that this commercial is a bit on the lame side, especially for Ninja Gaiden standards. Maybe they are trying to make the game look less hardcore and bloody by portraying a ninja in Converse sneakers jumping all over the place? Worth a laugh, but I would stick to gameplay action over a kid doing back flips in a schoolyard.

You guys kind of missed the point. The urban ninja/freerunning videos are fairly popular viral videos. They were trying to tap into that popularity to sell the game.
No I get where they were oging with this, except I dont understand why the videos are popular. Not very impressed by the guy running around a schoolyard. I would rather see screenshots of a fantastic game!
I think secretly, what you really want to see is gay porn. Some people like this kind of stuff. Some don’t. That’s all there really is to it. Some people like urban ninjaism. Some people rather see screenshots. No biggie.
