We’ve had some pretty negative press about Mario Kart for Wii lately, so how about something pleasant, yeah? Battle Mode will feature 8 player online combat.
If you’re new to Mario Kart or Battle Mode, you basically go around a large enclosure (not so much a track) where you try to destroy your opponents with weapons pickups. It’s an insane amount of fun, even more-so than straight up racing if you ask me.
Even though you can’t tea-bag your fallen opponent or stream how much you pwn (or even text it), you’ll still have some fun shooting someone down with a red turtle shell.

IDK why but I prefer battle mode on MArio kart games than the races themselves IDK

once again, Nintendo makes it even worse than it was going to be, it was originally announced that Mario Kart would support up to 16 players… cough cough bull s#!7
This is why I chose 360 over wii

as to the battle section is only 8, IDK
