I’m not sure how many other people have this issue, but I figured I’d pose the question to you, our loyal readers. In the MLB 08 The Show demo for PS3, how many people do not have to adjust the screen size/position for the game to fill the screen?
I tested the demo on both my Samsung 1080p DLP as well as an LG 720p LCD and both are exhibiting the same issue where I need to increase the horizontal size. If I don’t, there are approximately 1/4″ black borders on the left and right side of the screen.
Has this happened to anyone else out there? I know this is also the case, at least for me, in PixelJunk Monsters. These are the only two PS3 titles where I’d had this issue. Let us know in the comments your experiences with screen size on either of these two games.
havent downloaded the demo but in regards on PixelJunk Monter (which I do have) it has happened to me but in the beginning of the Pixeljunk games, it asks you to screen adjust the game until you see the 4 white arrows
Yeah but to make sure the bottom isn’t cut off in PixelJunk Monsters and to see the full arrow, it leaves space on the left and right sides
I don’t remember having a problem with MLB 08, but I did have to adjust it for PixelJunk Monsters. Which it does say in the begining to change it just like White said. Frecking awesome game I might add! MLB 08 is pretty good too. A good break from the Bigs
