There were some quick grumblings after a recent podcast with our buddy and Xbox Live guru Majornelson. One of the MS execs, Don Mattrick, commented that the game looks beautiful and the multiplayer aspectis unique to the Xbox 360. Turns out, he got his words mixed up.
Rockstar has since confirmed that there will be online multiplayer aspects on both consules. There was no word of any details of the online multiplayer, but as of right now it does seem that there will still only be exclusive content via new episodes on the Xbox 360.

It’s good to hear that. I still haven’t decided which console to get it on.
I still haven’t decided myself on which version I want. It’ll all come down to controls for me. The PS2 versions always felt better than the Xbox versions. If that stays the same here, I’ll go PS3. If the controls feel equal on both consoles, I’ll go with the 360 for the exclusive content packs
That’s pretty much how I was planning on picking which one to get as well.
