Capcom made a big oopsey. The Lost Planet online demo released yesterday for the PS3 is broken. Something in the code is not allowing users to join rooms to play online.

Whenever you try to join a room, you get a message saying the room is full, no matter how many players are there. If you create a match, no one can join your room because of said message.

Many people believe the error comes from the change in player limits in the demo. The full game supports 16 players online, while the demo is limited to 8 people per match. Doesn’t anyone test this stuff before it gets released? There’s no way to confirm if the error is in the demo code or on the server side. Either way, Capcom has some cleaning up to do. I have a feeling this might turn off a few people from buying the game.
