Max Payne Movie to Begin Filming Soon

Another great video game franchise is hitting the big screen. The first question to all of us is, “How bad is this going to suck?” The role of Max Payne will be played by none other than Mark Wahlberg of Dirk Diggler fame. The filming should conclude around early May. Does anyone think this is going to be even halfway decent?

I hope they don’t do any FPS shots like in Doom. Seriously, that was just bad

Who doesn’t like video games? Who doesn’t like movies? So wouldn’t mixing the two be a good idea? Wrong… so wrong. Pretty much any video game that has jumped to the big screen… has sucked. From Super Mario Bros to Street Fighter, it has only proved one thing… boy can Hollywood sure screw up a good game. Remember all those button mashing days of Mortal Kombat? Once you heard about a movie you couldn’t wait to see Lui Kang turn into a dragon and bite someones torso off. Once you saw the movie, the game just wasn’t the same. It just left a giant scar on you. And what’s worse? They made a sequal! Yeah, that’s right. Just incase the first one wasn’t bad enough, they had to go out and make a sequal. And every other movie has just been terrible from there. House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, Dead or Alive and Doom. I would have very low expectations for this movie, and I just don’t understand why people make this movies.
