Metal Gear Solid 4 Getting Ready for Q2 Release

It’s been delayed and delayed, but it looks like Kojima can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Metal Gear Solid 4 looks to be on track for a worldwide release in the second quarter of 2008.

The title, which will ship with a Metal Gear Online starter pack, is now playable from start to finish and is about to enter the bug testing phase.

This is great news for fans of the series and people waiting for a true killer app to pick up a PS3. From everything we’ve seen, MGS4 is going to be amazing. We’ll keep you posted as more information is released from Kojima Productions.
