An astute reader has noticed the following phrase in the Sony PSP Section of the Consumer Electronics Show(CES):

“Call friends, trash talk to fellow gamers or catch up with acquaintances via Skype for PSP system.”

This looks to be in the new firmware update for the PSP. For those of you who do not what skype is, its a communcation service that sort of is like AIM, but you can call landlines with it and also receive calls, for a modest price of course. Its not bad for people who do not have cell phones or want to make international calls, to say a mail order bride in Thailand who happens to have PSP.
