If you want wireless and all of those goodies go for the PS3 version. I would buy the PS3 version for the wireless perhaps, but with 360 you do get a cheap extra guitar (if you buy a CHII controller). Bad thing is that if you get the PS3 version you will only have three band members, 360 version can use the GH2 and 3 controllers. Graphically and gameplay wise they are exactly the same.
