Hey kids, do those of you who have a Wii enjoy the wireless remote? Think your pretty special huh? Well, as early as the end of next year you might not be alone in your motion-sensing infrared tower. Microsoft might just be sitting next to you.

Word on the street is that Microsoft has been courting Gyration - the company behind the Wii remote - to create a controller using similar technology. Its been possible through Mod kits for some time now. I guess Microsoft thought it might make some money on an official idea. they probably can and will is my guess.

Not much more than that unfortunatly. I just thought you people might want to know. We will of course keep you posted as we always do.
