Recently we put up a video of The Orange Box showing a split screen between Xbox 360 and PS3 video from our friends over at Gametrailers. Well they have just put up another one that compares everyones favorite demon hunter and Devil May Cry. At first I was interested too watch it, but once again I can’t see a damn difference. You can see the video below, but unless you have super human vision or are very anal retentive there is no difference in frame rate or anything, which brings me to what I was really thinking about… why?
Why bother making these types of comparisons if they don’t show or prove anything? I thought the comparison would show some kind of clear advantage over the other platform. That would be more useful to me, than to show me split screen video of the same quality stuff. To me this is just a video to see if fanboys will jump all over each other and profess their love of either system. Plus who gives a shit, DMC4 is going to own all on either platform and this just proved it to me again.
What do you guys think?

No console is better than the other, a fact that would make a fanboy’s already weak mental stability completely crash
Well the 360 will probably load faster as it did in Orange Box..I saw no difference in this comparison but saw the load times were absent.
I see no difference, and yes what you said Opium is right but that doesn’t mean any system is the right one for someone, basicly the only thing that is going to define a system from another are, first party games and maybe features.
For sure, very good point.
The PS3 version will have an installation option so no load times
yeah pretty much even, though in the opening scenes of this video I honestly think 360 looked a tad better, more detail. But after the first room scene it’s pretty much no difference
i really dont care and besides these videos are not HD (or at least not the one of this page) so you cant make a really good comparison. I dont care any way, buy the game for what ever console you got…… or what console your friends play on.
