From the files of who really gives a shit, our favorite blow hard lawyer, Jack Thompson, is trying in the state of Florida to bring a public nuisance suit against gaming retailers for selling Halo 3. This would mean that any video game retailer is aiding to said nuisance and would be guilty of this misdeamenor. Could this be a death knell is gaming sales? No. He tried the same BS last year against Rockstar’s Bully and was denied all claims. In the court of common sense, I find Jack Thompson guilty on the charge of being a douche bag with nothing else better to do. I wish I had the free time to go on suing people for no reason. I might sue Quiznos because the guy put lettuce on my sandwich after I asked him not to. Sounds ludicrous right? Exactly. Last time I checked, people hated lawyers much more than fictional video game characters.

You know what I really want to do. I want to get a video of his son watching porn, waking it, smoking cigs/pot, and soon having sex with girls (assuming he hasn’t done it already) and then Mr. Fucking Jack Thompson can actually do something else in his life, and realize that he didn’t pay enough attention to his son, who possibly is a fuckup because of his Dad’s job (his son probably has NO friends, because of his Dad). His son will probably go crazy and possibly shoot him because of the fuck up life Jack gave him.
Let me say something, I played Doom when I was like 8-10 years old. Hey guess what, I am a kid in my school who DOESN’T smoke pot, smoke cigs, do dip, and drinks. So guess what? I guess videogames don’t make you crazy…
What a fucking bitch. I just hate this kind of person. Focusing on such small shit like Videogames, when he should be focusing on the more pertinent things in life. (How many kids die per year/go to the hospital from getting too drunk). How many kids a year fucking go on rampages from playing videogames. How many kids smoke pot, and smoke cigs underage. Mr. Thompson, get your fucking priorities straight, maybe he just needs to get laid more often.

I am going to sue Bungie and MS as well for brain washing me with all of their Halo 3 related ads and merchandise, now all I see is Halo 3 nothing else! LOL
While we’re at it why don’t we sue Barnes and Noble for selling Harry Potter books at midnight sue George Lucas for showing Star Wars movies at midnight, and sue Apple for selling iphones at midnight too… anything that causes millions of people to line up for hours to get something in the middle of the night must be a terrible nuisance for everyone else in the world who DOESN’T GIVE A SHIT!!!!

I want to sue GameStop for causing people to get too little sleep tonight. As an employer, tomorrow is going to be one of the least productive days of the year
