Yeah I'm having issues too, but I'm curious if it's a PS3/Xbox issue; because it seems 360 users have better luck with it than us PS3 users. I started by upoading my face pics onto the website, which yes, the EA servers/web site is just bizarre. I had to sign up for like 2 or 3 different logins/passwords, AND create an EA/Avatar. Then I had to register for the Playstation Network, which was also a pain because it took forever to finally get a login name that they would accept.

At this point, I have 2 face pics on the servers, but the game will STILL not recognize or find them. So I've decided that I'm going to try plugging in a USB camera directly into the PS3 (or a webcam maybe), and also maybe try uploading from a USB key. If that doesn't work, I'm just gonna say screw it...I'm not that desperate to see my ugly mug rendered into a game anyway. Here's hoping EA can make this potentially cool feature a little more user friendly in the future.

I have yet to pick up the game, but a buddy of mine did his using just a regular digital camera hooked up to his 360 and he said it looks amazing.

However, he did mention it took quite a while to place all the points on his face and for it to compute it all out. But he said with some time you really can make it look like yourself.
