Rock Band Bundle for Xbox 360 to have Wired Guitars

In a recent podcast from OXM(Official Xbox Magazine) recently stated that there will be wired guitars in the Rock Band bundle which would include the guitars and the drum set. There will also be a USB hub to take account for all the peripherals. Here is an excerpt concerning the problem with wireless guitars:

The cost of wireless technology on the Microsoft side is higher and to be able to offer those bundles at a price point that would be reasonable for consumers it was necessary … on the 360 side we are also bundling a hub.

Now, we have no official word on how much the bundle will cost and if it will include the microphone, which we are all assuming is wireless. We should expect word soon and will keep you posted.

I think I’m going to grab this for the PS3 for the wireless peripherals. I despise wires at this point

There is also a wireless bundle right? I mean they are introducing the new wireless controller soooo?

No, there will NOT be a wireless bundle. You can buy the wireless guitars separately for a higher price (the 360 wired guitars are the same price as the PS3 wireless ones)
