EA is holding a Blogger’s Day event later this week for MySims for the Wii. Our very own taz8080 will be in attendance to cover the event as it happens. Make sure to check back Thursday and Friday as taz gets the scoop on the game and talks with developers over at the EA campus.
If you don’t know about MySims, it’s a Sims game for the Wii with a Nintendo flare. The game has a distinct look to match the Mii style Nintendo has created. You get to create your own Sim, design your own stuff, build and customize an entire town, and shape the community you live in, all utilizing the Wii motion controls.

Whatever it may be, MySims looks like an interesting game. Definitely might be a rent for my Wii, which has been lacking in games lately.
Seems kinda cool but might quickly become filled with Mii staulkers. N’ by bloggers day I think there referring to press conference esk thing. N’ how can you say they are lacking in games when you know mario karts, mario galaxys, and super smash bros brawl are coming! haha
Yeah, those games are coming. As of right now, the Wii is lacking games. Once holiday season gets here, that’ll be a different story.
Yeah it is a press style event where we were invited by EA to check out the game and talk to some of the game developers.
The Wii has been lacking and I htink is reallying heavily on its Mario franchise and the casual games like Wii Fit, would be nice to see more Resident Evilt ype games or something that really uses the light gun aspect?
