Jak and Daxter might see a reunion on the PS3 soon, if EGM has it right. A user on the PS3 Forums received his issue early. In the “Q-Tips” section of the magazine, EGM states:
“Bummed developer Naughty Dog’s first PS3 title isn’t a Jak and Daxter game? Well, you shouldn’t be, my spies say they’re making it next.”
Hopefully the do it justice like Ratchet and Clank is seeing in it’s PS3 debut. These sequels are great, but I’m think some new IP would work even better.

I agree. Another Jak Racing game isn’t gonna help the franchise or the PS3
I’ve never really been a Jak and Daxter fan but rachet and clank was one of my PS2 favorites. I had always found jak and Daxter to be somewhat glicthy and plot was dull. If PS3 manages to pull off a high end Jak and Daxter with possibly a well rounded MP I’ll be impressed.
The series has been a big hit, but I agree with you. The only ones I really liked with Jak 3 and Daxter for PSP
Yeah, the second one really was terrible(at least for me). I loved the first one, probably b/c it was one of my first PS2 games and I was young. 3 was excellent, but I haven’t played Daxter yet. From what I hear(including above ^ ), it’s pretty good. I have it in my GameFly Q, so I should get it….eventually.
I prefer Ratchet and Clank hands down over Jak and Daxter, but it’s good to have them back.
Oh deff. Rachet and CLank was nuts! The weapons were the best part, and who knew collecting bolts could be so addicting and fun.
If any thing they wont fight they will probally join together and fight someone evil
sounds great! but….. I dont have a ps3… seriously! i was pissed when they made rachet and Clank for ps3 cause I been with them since the beginning
@Scatman - I can’t say I understand your logic. Because you don’t have the new Sony console, you’re getting pissed at developers for making games for it? You somehow feel slighted that they’ve moved into the current generation of gaming and aren’t still making games for last-gen consoles?

Its the want for something you cannot have, this drives people into anger. With one’s anger, someone must be held responsible, therefore the only option is blame those who created the object in question; Sony.
They made a Ratchet and clank for PS2 its size matters and i no its for PSP too and u will probably say that they dont make it for PS2,WRONG!!!!!!!!!! it is coming out for PS2 @ march 11th 2008.

Spyro isnt going to be on PS3 dumass….only Jak and Daxter plus the squeal for Ratchet and Clank Future:TOD.

It IS coming to PS3, and the cinemas. that’s more than Jak and Daxter’ll ever get. (I do like Jak and Daxter, but what you said was one of the shittiest remarks i’ve ever heard) Besides, that’s YOUR opinion, alot of people I know would disagree with you…and i mean alot.
i like ratchet and clank alot!!! i have all 4 of ps2 the size matters on psp and the ratchet and clank 5 ( yes i call it 5 becuase the psp doesnt count acualy) on ps3 but i also have the 3 jak and daxters jak x maybe insomniac games and naughty dog can make a deal and make a game together with ratchet and jak^^ … my point is ratchet rulezzz but i dont say that jak is bad.. the game’s funny too and good story too so…
