In case you couldn’t get enough Halo in your life, Microsoft will be rolling out the Halo 3 themed accessories this week, namely two wireless controllers and a wireless headset.
The biggest thing, for me at least, is an exclusive Todd McFarlane limited edition Master Chief figure that is packed with every Halo 3 controller. I have no desire to own the controller, but I’m a sucker for gaming figures for my desk.
Also of note, the Messenger Kit will make it’s debut this week after much hoopla in the Spring Dashboard Update. I’m really not feeling this one, but who knows, it might become a sleeper hit.

Write a Comment»I think that they need to package the halo 3 limited edition controller (the one that comes with the 360) with the figurine. From this picture, it looks like its either coming with the spartan controller or the ______ controller. I really don’t like the look of those controllers, they are just too flashy.
However, I will be picking up the messenger kit. I always use a USB keyboard with my 360, so having the messenger kit will just remove the need for it.
Won’t be picking this one up…. The figure would be cool, but I have no need for another controller….
Way Way Way too flashy is right, too many colors in one controller. I will say that the limited edition halo 3 controller that goes with the limited edition xbox 360 is right up my alley. Thats if they decide to sell it without the system, which I’m 90% sure they will. As far as the messenger kit goes.. It looks great, from the dim-lit keyboard to the updated headset. I’ll be picking one up soon.
