Movies and video games do not mix. A good game results in an awful movie(anything Uwe Boll) or an awesome movie(Transformers) results in a terrible game. Hitman looks really, really good from the trailers. I have to admit I am sort of excited.

What exactly looks good or is making you excited about it? The part where they have him shooting up a room? If I remember correctly(and I do), Hitman is a stealth game. The teaser trailer didnt show too much, so I couldnt really complain or not(even though there were more explosions than I would want). It’s probably just them trying to make it more “Hollywood”, so that more people who’ve never played the games will come see it. Either waym it pisses me off they have to do shit like that. Yes I’ll probably still see it, but from what I’ve seen so far I probably won’t enjoy it too much. Screwing up one of my favorite video game series = failure!

I am excited that the film makers did not follow the exact format of the game, but are using the backstory as their guideline. How good would a movie be of a Hitman changing clothes and strangling people? I think the movie looks promising. A decent cast and some good action scenes can make a film. Plus the bar has been set so low for these crossovers, if its even decent I will be happy.
