There have been some forums posts, namely at neogaf about some issues with the Xbox Live Marketplace. Although connecting to Live is not a problem, you get an error message saying that the Marketplace could not be found. Can anyone confirm or deny why this is happening. I was able to sign in, but could do very little with anything else. If you know what the issue(s) is/are, please let us know.

yeah stranglehold demo fenzy tore a hole in the LIVE system it looks like. but still seems odd that a demo could impact so much, i wonder if the system update has something to do with it as well…. ?
i think the system update was just for wireless gutars for later on but word around the caMPFIRE IS that cod4 beta could hit this week lets hope so
The oither rumor flying aorudn was of a conspiracy theory to implement more anti-modding measures….
