I was thinking earlier today about PS1 titles on the PlayStation Store. So far, the selection has been very sparse. I began to wonder what titles I’d like most to see up for download. Here’s the list I can up with:
- Metal Gear Solid
- Gran Turismo 2
- Resident Evil Series
- Final Fantasty VII
- Chrono Cross
- Syphon Filter Series
What games do you want to see added? Let’s put together a big Loot Ninja list and send it off to Sony.

I think asking for enhanced graphics and features (such as online play) is something that will never happen. Sony is providing direct ports of their PS1 titles to play on the PS3 and PSP. Because of this, I won’t be including these types of requests in what will be sent to Sony later this week. The games requested, even with this requested enhancements, however, will be counted.
Final Fantasy series 7,8, and 9 please!!! It’ll be like heaven. Also Tekken 3 that game was a classic.

Good luck with the SquEnix games, I heard they aren’t interested in doing dowloadable classic games, but they sure as hell remake them a lot.
I’m still hoping they will eventually release their classics on PSN, though.

The only game I really Want to see on the PSN is the original Twisted Metal for PS1.
how abt ridge racer, RRR, rage racer, & R4, all redone in HD? nostalgia in great graphics! i luv namco’s games, esp those derived from the arcade. i think arcade style games are great for quick fun (ideal for downloadable content), and namco has many such. shd port more (starblade alpha, cybersled, cyber commando, rave racer, dancing eyes, etc.) to the the playstation store!

Lets not forget the Twisted Metal series. I don’t know why Sony has been giving us new PS1 titles every week. (especially during the April-July months when new releases were dry) they’re sitting on a gold mine!

I know i’ve posted this earlier but I really want to play a remastered FF8 in High Def, because I’m playing the PS1 version of the game on a 40″ screen and it’s painfull, but the gameplay and the story is fantastic.
