My 1st system ate my disks up wich i couldn't get replaced not only is microsoft hurting themselves but there consumers as well, maybe they should take tips from sony and nintendo on how to make a system without defects then telling everyone that there is no major defect rate! The fact that the systems overheat is a big shame on MS. They should have foreseen this, putting an extra fan on the back of your console actually helps a lot, sad since the fan that is in there should be adequate to support continuos play.
