Sega has just announced that it has signed multiyear deals with The Hulk, Capt America, and Thor. While it is still funny that a fictional character can sign a deal, nonetheless, they are now apart of Sega who is trying to revitalize the once proud company. Yahoo reports that Sega has officially added the three to its company and hopes to make movies and next gen games. There is a new Hulk movie coming out in 2008 with Ed Norton playing Bruce Banner. There is also a next gen game planned as well with the release of the movie. No word yet on a Thor or Captain America movie, just speculation and rumors, but the Hulk movie is already under contract. With so many comic book based movies and games either out and on the horizon(most of them suck), this could usher in a new era with the some old characters we have not seen done yet in the 21st century.

I guess this rules out another Marvel UA kind of game though. The licenses are pretty spread out now, so getting them all together might be a pain and probably won’t happen.
I do want to play a game smashing people with Thor’s hammer though

Just think of the deal Capn Crunch can get?? What about the King?? How the fuck are cartoons signing deals. I think our Loot NInja mascot will need a deal soon also.
