Within the next few weeks we should be seeing the downloadable expansion pack for Rainbow Six Vegas hit Xbox Live. It is rumored to include two new game types: Assassination mode and Total Conquest; along with 10 new maps for some multiplayer action. Some maps are rumored to be throwback maps of older Rainbow Six games, but unfortunately Ubisoft has no current plans to add in any new devices or gadets as of yet. I think this will be a nice addition to a solid shooter, now lets just hope that the price is right, I’ll take that for a dollar!

Write a Comment»I read that it will be much like the GRAW 1 Episode 2 pack where its some of the old maps relit, such as bordertown at night and so forth, but they did promise new maps. I am excited for the assassination mode. Its 5 on 5 and the VIP gets a handgun and you have to get him to safety. Apparently each map the VIP is chosen at random. I heard 1200 points for the pack. Any word on that?
@fierce Scuba: 1200 points is insane! I haven’t started playing this game yet, and I don’t see any reason to pay $20 for a map pack
