Along with our interview of the producers from Mad Doc Software, we’re also going to be interviewing TriXie of Xbox.com fame. For those of you who don’t know TriXie, she’s the Xbox.com Community Manager. She’s the one who does the community profiles, gamer spotlights, GamerChix, Xbox Ambassadors… the list goes on.

1. Why is it that, even after a year (actually since launch of the 360), microsoft has insisted on a policy that does not let customers remove their credit card information ENTIRELY from microsofts servers (as it pertains to xbox live)?
2. On the xbox.com forums, why is it that every thread that begins to ask questions (and NOT spam, or trolling) about the 360’s getting bricked by updates, or anything pertaining to launch systems dying at a much faster rate than newer systems, the posts get moved to the “hardly looked at” forum called the “wishlist”?
3. Why was yet another group started, in this case the “gamerchix” to exploit women and girls as gamers and single them out from the gaming public? There is not a “gamerguys” or “gamergays”, so why did microsoft employees work at trying to create this group, other than to draw more attention to groups and segregate gamers?
I’d like to add, that the first question pertains to the rumors about accounts being hacked, and points being illegally purchased.
I called ms several times when the system launched and was told that there was NO WAY WHATSOEVER to remove cc info. I was told same thing on the forums at xbox.com too by ms employees.
