My nephew tells me NYC had 10 Mbps for a few months now. We upstate get shafted.
The same goes for services like Verizon Fios, which has been available in NYC for almost a year now and we still don't have it in Orange County, even though there's a damn billboard advertising it not 2 miles from my friggin house.
