There is a much better outlet for venting your frustrations about the pressure in our stores (Yes we are forced to do this. My DM makes me write up any employee who gets less than 1 reservation for every 10 transactions). The most important thing in this company to DM's and above are how your store ranks within in your region. This year they have added a category called 'customer experience.' It's basically taken off the feedback website that is printed on the receipts. It asks if you would recommend the store to someone. Answer no to this question (they don't read comments unless you sasy no); then tell them it is due to the excess pressure on reserves. This will have a big effect on that store's ranking. Not many of these are filled out; so one negative response hurts a lot. Hopefully if enough people fill these out someone will listen. I’m currently an employee of Gamestop. So, this is why our employees may pressure you into reserves or subscriptions. Because we secretly have to meet a stupid quota, or our DM bitches at us.
