So all I can say is fuck CBS, fuck them and their efforts to try and clean up the half time show. If you didn’t happen to catch the half time show, I will give you a short synopsis of the Prince halftime show. Prince comes out and does a shitty rendition of Lets Go Crazy, Rollin down the river, The Best and his grand finale of Purple Rain, all bad songs that scream safe, but he really did it up during Purple Rain when he broke out his “Symbol Guitar” and a huge screen so you could see his silhouette playing. Cut away to a huge screen with Prince playing his guitar that resembled a huge penis during his rendition of Purple Rain, he actually stroked it a few times during the song. I am pretty sure that Prince’s guitar came! All in all another great halftime show, that lives up to the Janet Jackson incident.
